He has at least 2 houses in Laffeld, and possibly other properties as well. We haven't done the end-of-stay reconciliation yet, but he kept his promise to fence and sod the backyard as soon as we moved in and is always very prompt to respond and come help when we need him. Do not rent from H-J Dahlmann in the GK area in Germany. He has been removed from the American housing list. He has a history of taking most of the deposit, two months rent, without merit and then telling Americans to sue him to get it back. The housing and legal offices' hands are tied about the money but they have taken him off of this list. He also has overcharged Americans in the end of year reconciliation bill by several hundred Euro. He seems meek and mild but he is very wise and he will steal your money. Please check the name of your landlord and DO NOT RENT FROM H-J DAHLMANN!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
